“Pilipinas Got Talent” (PGT) judge Robin Padilla has nothing but praise for a 19-year-old pole dancer’s performance during the auditions on Sunday.
Celine Velayo, who started pole dancing to lose weight, earned the approval of all four judges with her pole dance piece to “Love Me Like You Do.”
Angel Locsin praised Velayo for her graceful moves.
“Napaka-graceful ng performance mo. Alam mo, I’m happy na ‘yung klaseng pole dancing na ipinakita mo sa akin eh hindi ‘yung kung ano man ‘yung akala ng ibang tao sa pole dancing, uy, sexy, sexy. Ipinakita mo na mahirap na training ang kailangan dito,” she said.
Padilla, who obviously enjoyed the performance, said: “Natutulala ako sa bawat ginawa mo, bawat ikot doon, nakita ko, isang artist, isang babaeng… na-express mo ang sarili mo, ‘yung nasa loob mo, at naramdaman ko na hindi tayo nagdikit o ano. Basta ang galing mo.”
Vice Ganda, for his part, said: “Kanina ang sarap mong panoorin kasi parang jowa mo ‘yung pole. Iniibig niyo ang isa’t isa, naramdaman ko ‘yun. May emosyon.”
“Watching you is like watching an art in motion. You’re so graceful, and it was a pure art form. Congratulations,” Freddie Garcia added.
“Pilipinas Got Talent,” which is hosted by Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford, airs Saturdays after “Maalala Mo Kaya” and on Sundays after “Rated K.”
